The challenge
A busy chairman wanted help that works the way he already works: on WhatsApp, in Arabic, by voice when he is on the move. And it had to be safe: no money, commitments or messages to others without a person deciding.
What we built
- Formal Arabic letters drafted from a short request
- Web research with sources, and summaries of PDF documents
- Reminders and a follow-up book of people and tasks
- Voice notes understood, and replies as a Saudi-accent voice note when asked
- Anything about money, commitments or third parties passed to a person and logged
- Only approved numbers can talk to it; its tools run in a locked sandbox with no network
Where it stands
Running since October 2026. Before handover it passed all nine acceptance tests, including refusing a prompt-injection attempt, ignoring an unknown number and escalating a payment request. A letter comes back in about 20 seconds, and research in about half a minute. Every request is logged, and a weekly summary shows what to build next.
